11. Special Permission Use In Application :-
ALL FILE ACCESS
This clause applies to the application that is using all file access permission in this developer account.
We do not collect or read any file data.
It is used in applications locally for core functionality of an application.
If an application asks for all file access permission it is used for core functionality of apps like file management, backup and restore apps, search, device migration.
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES
This clause applies to the application that is using QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission in this developer account.
If an application requires QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission it is used for core functionality apps like showing installed applications information to the user app lock, app backup, app management, show running apps.
It is application specific we do not collect any information regarding apps installed by user.
BIND ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE
This clause applies to the application that need to access phone usage states.
If an application ask for allow BIND ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE permission to use applications so that you can use the applications feature fast and reduce battery usage.
Some applications uses Accessibility services.
12. Storage Permission :-
In some of device needs manage external storage permission to access files from the phone only application doesn't store any data.
This permission will be granted by user to access documents like photos, videos, files & other files as well as needed because without grant this permission application doesn't work in some of devices.
For application core functionality manage external storage permission needed otherwise you can not use application's core functionality.
13. Collection And Use Of Contact And Call Log Permission In App
App needs to grant contact permission to enable app features as contact backup, edit contacts, add contacts and call log history backup.
Using this permission app needs to get contact list and call log list to use app core features in app.
User must grant to contact and call log permission to use app where app doesn't collect or store users contact list anywhere.
App create contacts database for app core features but this database only store in user phone not anywhere else.
If user deny contact and call log permission to get contact and call log list then user doesn't use app features.
14. Children Online Privacy Protection Act :-
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old the children's online privacy protection act (COPPA) puts parents in control.
The federal trade commission united states consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
